For safety and bonding purposes we would prefer to see the same instructor each week, is this a possibility?
Yes, as we are a home based intimate company you will always see the same instructor, we believe the bond our instructors have with the children is an integral part to their learning process.
Are all of your instructors qualified?
All of our Instructors are either qualified or working towards their qualifications for AUSTSWIM
Are we able to get one lesson for our whole coffee group?
Yes absoluely, although its impractical to squeeze ten mums and babies into one half our slot so we usually allow a maximum of 4 in a standard session but can do an extended session based on the amount of children present.
What age can we begin?
We recommend that you dont enroll your child in our lessons before 6 months but the 'Introduction to Water' can be done from 3 months.
Is it ok if i dont have a pool?
We have a home based pool that we can use if required
Do you do the survival swim?
We teach all children survival techniques as incorporated in our standard lessons, a passion for promoting water safety is the reason our company started.
All of our standard in home lessons are the same price, this means that if you get a group of three of you together that you only pay a third of our fee. It also means that for one fee we can teach all of your children in one spot at one time.
This does mean that if you have one child we have the time to provide you with the skills to teach them and encourage them between lessons and you have the power to choose the frequency of the lessons.
One lesson goes for 30 minutes (in pool time) for $50. Often we have parents with 2 children who would like both children to have a private lesson, in this instance Splish Splash does extend lesson time and we give each child a 20 minute private lesson for $25 each.
Our 'Introduction to Water' with the CPR inclusion is $25 per child.
